For the first time in AP Poll history, we have a unanimous preseason number 1. The Ohio State Buckeyes, who are the defending National Champions, will start the season up top the AP Poll. They received all 61 votes from the media panel.
Coach Urban Meyer will try and become the 12th team to win consecutive AP Poll Titles since the poll began in 1936. Rounding out the top 5 are TCU, Alabama, Baylor, and Michigan State.
