This seems like a get-right game for L.A., who have lost 3 of 4 after starting the season with 3 straight wins. J.J. McCarthy is still out for Minnesota, which means we get to go against Carson Wentz at least one more time. Wentz makes a ton of mistakes and threw two costly picks early in the loss to Philadelphia last week that put his team in a hole that it just couldn’t climb out of. Wentz also wasn’t able to deliver in the red zone. Minnesota’s defense has also been on the field a lot lately because they haven’t forced a turnover in three straight games. And we have the short-week/travel intangible. The Vikings have been on the road a ton over the last month, including a couple of games overseas and now a long trip out to California this week. Justin Herbert should have a big game against a Minnesota secondary that Jalen Hurts had success on last week.
