The red-hot New York Knicks will try and solve the Detroit Pistons when the two teams square-off to begin the second half of the NBA season. Detroit enters the night with the NBA’s best record, but will be without two key players in Isiah Stewart and Jalen Duren. Both are serving a suspension from the brawl with the Charlotte Hornets on Feb. 9. That’s the main reason I’m taking the Knicks in this one. The other being, New York has played extremely well since a rough stretch in January. The Knicks have won 10 of 12 since, with one of those losses coming against the Pistons. New York allowed fewer than 110 points nine times in the last 12 games after doing so just 11 times in the first 43 games.
