Prediction
We had four blowouts in the opening round of the newly expanded playoffs and I think this will be the first close game. I also think it will be high scoring. Both teams can move it up and down the field and with no weather elements, this should be a track meet. James Franklin has a history of tightening up when the level of competition is high. Penn State should win the game, but Boise has enough offense to keep this close.
