I’m sure the line for this game over the summer would have been Penn State by about a touchdown, but things have really turned for both of these programs. The Nittany Lions have lost 5 in a row and fired James Franklin after the Northwestern game. Penn State has covered just one game all season and that was in a loss at Iowa. Meanwhile, Indiana is throttling everyone that stands in their way. That includes a 10 point win at Oregon last month that really put this team on the map. Not only is Indiana the No. 1 scoring team in the country, they have the No. 3 defense in terms of points allowed. Penn State has given up on the season and I don’t see how they can keep up with the Hoosiers. Penn State just can’t score enough.
