Prediction
It was a rough week for the Mets, who went 1-5 against the Padres and Giants to drop behind the Phillies in the NL East. Cleveland had a good week, going 4-2, but I don’t like the Guardians in this matchup. Manaea has been great since making his season debut on July 18. In three starts, Manaea has allowed one earned run in each and just six hits in 14 innings. Cecconi has a 4.64 ERA in his last three starts. These teams have played nine times since the 2019 season and the home team has won all nine. Give me Manaea and the Mets.
