Prediction
I love this pitching matchup here with Abbott over Festa. Abbott has been very good this season. He has two starts where he gave up four and five earned runs and still has an ERA under 2.00. That’s because he’s allowed one or zero runs in all of this other starts. He has a 6-1 record and the Reds are 8-3 when he starts. The Twins were red-hot a month ago, but have cooled off in a big way. Minnesota has dropped eight of ten and scored just six runs in getting swept by Houston over the weekend. The Reds have won seven of nine and are the play in this one.
