Prediction
This was supposed to be Ohio State vs. Oregon, but the Buckeyes choked away that chance last week against Michigan. Now Penn State gets a chance to earn a first round bye in the CFP. Both teams have similar stats, but the Ducks have been more impressive. Since a 32-31 win vs. Ohio State early in the season, Oregon has had just one close game since. Coaching will also be key in this and the advantage goes to Dan Lanning and the Ducks. James Franklin is just 1-15 all-time against teams ranked in the Top 5, including a loss to Ohio State last month. The Ducks will ultimately make the big plays and come away with the victory and cover.
Pick: Oregon -3.5
