The Steelers had a four-game win streak between Week 5 and Week 9, but things have fallen off the rails since. After that last win, the Steelers had an ugly tie with the winless Detroit Lions, lost 41-37 to the Chargers in Week 11 and then 41-10 to the Bengals last Sunday. Now they’re left wondering how to turn things around, with a 5-5-1 record (4-7 ATS) and just six games left in the season. The good news is that the AFC North is getting tight and is still wide open. In their last outing, QB Ben Roethlisberger was picked off twice and managed just one touchdown in the final minutes of the game.
The Ravens are at the top of the division right now and are coming off of a 16-10 win over the Cleveland Browns as 3-point home favorites. It was far from a pretty performance for QB Lamar Jackson who threw a career-high four interceptions that Sunday night. Baltimore’s defense came up big and a dazzling third-quarter touchdown by Jackson was enough to eke out another win. Their second-ranked rush game should challenge the Steelers’ fifth-last rush defense when they meet on Sunday.
