The Kansas City Chiefs come into 2024 as the favorites to win another Super Bowl title. It wasn’t easy last season, as the Chiefs lost two division games for the first time in nine years and didn’t claim the AFC’s top seed for the first time in four years. Fear not. K.C. went on the road and eventually won their third Super Bowl in the six years under Andy Reid. The Chargers hired Jim Harbaugh. The Raiders retained Antonio Pierce, and the Broncos still have a lot of work to do.

AFC WEST PREDICTIONS
Division Winner Pick:
It’s easy to just pick the Chiefs and lay the -310, but I’m looking for a little value play here. And that comes in the form of the Chargers. This team has a lot of talent and a top-tier quarterback in Justin Herbert. What they have lacked was a successful head coach. Harbaugh has had success everywhere he’s been and this is just what the Chargers needed. It won’t be easy, but L.A. has the best shot at unseating Kansas City’s run.

Season Win Total Pick:
Denver is projected to finish in the basement, but this Las Vegas team could challenge them for that spot. They have one of the worst quarterback rotations in the league and as we know, this is a QB-driven league. The schedule is brutal with the AFC North on tap and they have almost no homefield advantage. I can see this team finishing 6-11.
