It all comes down to one game as the Wisconsin Badgers take on the Duke Blue Devils. Wisconsin must feel like they’ve already won the National Championship after beating unbeaten Kentucky on Saturday. Player of the Year Frank Kaminsky led the way again with 20 points and 11 rebounds. As I’ve been saying all Tournament long, Sam Dekker might be the reason the Badgers are playing tonight. He’s hit some unbelievable key shots and is averaging 20.6 points in this Tournament. He’s also 15 for 30 beyond the arc. Having two big guys who can shoot is a huge advantage.

It’s not really a surprise that Duke is in this spot. After all, they are a #1 seed. Forward Justise Winslow is only a freshman, but he’s playing more like an upper class man. He’s playing well above his season averages in this Tournament. He can rebound, shoot the three and is even shooting over 80% from the free throw line. Jahlil Okafor must use his huge frame to stop Kaminsky from going inside and when on offense maybe try and get him into foul trouble.
This game opened at PICKEM, but has since moved up to Wisconsin -1. 60% of the betting public is on the Badgers and I’m thinking that is most likely everyone’s hatred for Duke. I’m not a big Duke fan, but I think the Badgers might be a little physically and mentally worn out from beating Kentucky. I’ll take Mike Krzyzewski’s Duke squad to win another National Championship.
PICK: Duke +1
