The opening line for tonight’s Tigers vs White Sox game opened up at -145 (-1.5 +140) in favor of Buehrle and the White Sox at BetOnline Sportsbook and the total was set at 9o25. Here are some trends for tonight’s game:

Under is 4-1-1 in Tigers last 6 games as a road underdog of +110 to +150.
Under is 4-0-1 in Buehrles last 5 starts following a Quality Start in his last appearance.
Under is 5-0-1 in Buehrles last 6 starts on grass.
Over is 6-1 in the last 7 meetings in Chicago.
Over is 5-1 in Buehrles last 6 home starts vs. Tigers.
My Prediction: The American League Central leading Tigers open up a big 3-game series tonight in Chicago against the White Sox. The Tigers have a 2 game lead over the Indians and 4.5 over the White Sox. Duane Below will be making his 2nd career start. He pitched well in his first start last week, but got a no decision. Mark Buehrle has been very solid this year for the Sox. In his last 10 starts, he has pitched at least 7 innings in 9 of those and the White Sox are 8-2 in those 10 starts. The Tigers have owned the Sox the last couple of years winning 12 of 15. This is a tough spot for Below tonight. Going on the road in the thick of the playoff race. I like the White Sox to win a close game tonight.
White Sox -145
