Prediction
Week 9 kicks off on Halloween night with two teams going in opposite directions. There was a ton of optimism with the Jets coming into this season, but the excitement has been wearing off every week. New York fired their coach, acquired an All-Pro receiver, and the results are still the same. The Jets have now lost five straight games and have failed to cover the spread in any of them. Meanwhile, the Texans have a commanding lead in the AFC South and have won four of their last five. Houston ranks ninth in total offense and a surprising second in total defense. The Jets only two wins came against New England and Tennessee, who have a combined 3-12 record. Houston should win this game with ease.
Pick: Texans +1
