Rutgers, meanwhile, has won 4 of their last 6. I went over this matchup for a long time and really couldn’t figure out who can win this game. It’s really a toss-up, so I took a look at the total. Both teams have decent offenses and medicore defenses. Central Florida has averaged 40 points a game in their last 3. Rutgers averages 27 points a game for the season. With this game being indoors and on turf, I’m going to take the over.
