Georgia comes into this game with a record of 6-1, and their one loss was an absolute stunner. The Bulldogs suffered an overtime home loss to South Carolina just two weeks ago, but bounced back in a big way in week nine. D’Andre Swift is averaging nearly 7.0 yards per carry, but the Bulldogs will put the ball in several different players hands in this game. Quarterback Jake Fromm is viewed as one of the best in the country, but he has thrown just nine touchdown passes this season. The Bulldogs will need some balance on offense to score points on the Florida Gators.
Georgia has actually been the better defense in this matchup, although much of the talk will be around the Florida defense. The Bulldogs are giving up less than 11 points per game this season, and they will put plenty of pressure on Kyle Trask in this game. Georgia has 16 sacks and have five interceptions this season, and they are terrific at defending the run.
Florida Defense Must Set the Tone
Florida will not be able to outscore Georgia in this game, and their defense must be terrific. The Gators are allowing just over 15.0 points per game, but they will need to be great against the run against Georgia. The Gators have 29.0 sacks so far this season, and getting pressure on Jake Fromm will also be a key to winning this game.
Florida can usually count on their defense to show up, but Kyle Trask and the offense will need to put up some points as well. Trask has completed close to 68 percent of his passes since taking over the job, but he has also been sacked a whopping 13 times. Running back Lamical Perine can give his defense a break with his running game, and he is averaging more than five yards per carry. Florida can defend, but they need offense in this one as well.

Playing in the Swamp is never an easy task for visiting opponents, but Georgia has proven that they can win there.
