Prediction
The Red Sox have had one heck of a last week, scoring a ton of runs and winning six in a row. However, they have played the two worst teams in the National League. The competition ramps up tonight in the series opener with Tampa Bay. The Rays managed a win in Detroit on Wednesday to avoid a sweep and are looking to finish the first half strong. I’m giving the edge to Bradley in this one. He hasn’t been great this season, but he’s been much better than Buehler. The Rays won two of the three games against Boston last year in which Bradley started – both at Fenway. Buehler has been a mess all season and has allowed five runs in 12 innings against the Rays this season.
