Prediction
It was a terrific June for Sanchez and I don’t see him slowing down in tonight’s contest with San Diego. In five starts last month, Sanchez posted a 1.85 ERA and struck out 11 Astros in his most recent outing. The Phillies have won three of four after a 4-0 win on Monday against the Padres before being rained out on Tuesday night. The Padres have lost three of four and scored only three runs total in the losses. Cease is having a horrible season and is 0-5 with a 6.31 ERA on the road and 1-5, 5.00 in night games. I like the Phillies to roll in Game 2 of this doubleheader.
