LA Lakers (2-1) at Phoenix Suns (2-1) Recent Meetings After Game 2 it looked as if the Lakers would cruise their way into the NBA Finals once again, but the change of venue has put Phoenix back into this series. The Lakers dominated at home while the Suns pulled away late for a 118-109 home victory in Game 3. Amare Stoudemire was dominant last game by pouring in 42 points and 11 rebounds. The Lakers’ Lamar Odom was held in check before fouling out with 10 points on 4-of-14 shooting. The Suns could hardly miss from the free throw line making 37 of 42 freebies.
