The point spread for Thursday’s First Round NCAA Tournament game between the Gonzaga Bulldogs and St John’s Red Storm opened up at -1.5 on Sunday evening in favor of St John’s at Bovada and the total was set at 135.5.
The spread and total both have not moved at all as of Tuesday afternoon. So far, the betting public is split right down the middle on this one. To help you better decide who to bet, take a look at these trends for tonight.
Bulldogs are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall.

Under is 4-1 in Bulldogs last 5 games as an underdog of 0.5-6.5.
Under is 14-5 in Bulldogs last 19 games following a S.U. win.
Over is 4-1 in Red Storm last 5 games following a ATS loss.
Over is 11-4 in Red Storm last 15 games following a S.U. loss.
My Prediction: St John’s will have to play the rest of the Tournament without guard D.J. Kennedy. He plays over 30 minutes a game averaging over 10 points and 5 rebounds per game and he’s a very good 3-point shooter. The Zags have won 9 in a row since losing to Memphis on February 5th. They have also covered 6 of their last 8 games. This is a very experienced and well coached team that plays well against the big boys. They are also flying under the radar this year and are ripe to pulling off this upset.
Gonzaga +1.5
