Michigan has certainly been impressive this tournament and should be favored in this one, but Connecticut has been battle-tested. Coaching could be a factor in this one, at least when it concerns the spread. UConn’s Dan Hurley has been as good as it gets in the big games. In his eight seasons with the Huskies, Hurley is 5-0 in the Final Four and 18-3 in all tournament games. He’s also 18-3 against the spread. Meanwhile, the Wolverines have played in seven national title games and they are just 1-6 and the Big Ten has lost eight championships in a row. Michigan has been the best team in March, but it’s hard to go against a UConn team that has beaten UCLA, Michigan State, Duke and Illinois to reach the final. Give me the points.
