Prediction
Don’t look now, but the Milwaukee Brewers are all of the sudden tied for first place in the National League Central. Milwaukee has now won 10 games in a row and just swept the Dodgers in L.A. over the weekend. Seattle is hot also, winning five in a row before dropping the finale against Houston yesterday. Woodruff is making his third start since 2023 and should be able to get to about 90 pitches tonight. He has 18 strikeouts in 10 1/3 innings so far and the Brewers have won both games. Kirby was hit hard by the Tigers last time out and is 1-4 with a 4.99 ERA in night games. I’ll roll with the Brew Crew again.
