Minnesota just swept three games from the Los Angeles Dodgers (their sixth series win in a row), has won seven games in a row overall and 15 of its last 16. The Twins are in third place in the AL Central, 11 games back of the division-leading Detroit Tigers. Milwaukee just took three of four games from the Cubs in Chicago to pull even with the .500 mark. The Brewers sit in third place in the NL Central, just 4 ½ games back of the division-leading St. Louis Cardinals. Milwaukee is just 15-23 on the road this season, but 19-19 as underdogs. Minnesota is a wonderful 27-10 at home this season, and an amazing 25-7 as favorites. The Twins took two of three games from the Brewers in Milwaukee six weeks ago. These two teams split six games during last years season series. Brewers rookie starter Carlos Villanueva has started one game in his ML career, shutting out Cincinnati for six innings in a 3-0 Milwaukee loss two weeks ago. Minnesota starter Brad Radke (6-7, 5.40) has allowed 5 ER and 23 H+W in his last 19 IP. The Twins are 8-8 in Radkes starts this year, the over/under 8-7. Radke made two starts vs. the Brewers last year, giving up 3 ER and 15 H+W in 11 innings of work. Milwaukee owns a .332 team OBP this year, which ranks 17th in the majors, and is averaging 4.7 runs per game. Minnesota owns a .339 team OBP, 10th-best in the majors, and is averaging 4.9 RPG. The Brewers bullpen has been bopped for 14 ER and 32 H+W in its last 14 2/3 IP. The Twins bullpen has allowed 4 ER and 10 H+W in its last 9 2/3 IP.
