Super Bowl 59 is in the books and the Philadelphia Eagles come away with a dominating win over the Kansas City Chiefs.
Soon after the final whistle sounded, Bovada Sportsbook put up odds on who will win next year’s big game. Bovada has your early Super Bowl LX odds and we take a look at some of the favorites.
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES +600
Saquon Barkley made a huge difference offensively and the Eagles defense makes this team the favorites for a repeat.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts took home the Super Bowl MVP and although he doesn’t dazzle with the numbers, he can come up with the big plays when needed.
The Eagles dominated the offensive and defensive lines too, scoring 95 points in their NFC Championship and Super Bowl wins combined.
On the D-line, Jalen Carter had a great rookie season and will only get better. The same for the Eagles’ secondary, with super rookie Cooper DeJean even scoring a pick-six in the Super Bowl after a stellar first season.
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS +650
The Chiefs’ luck finally ran out in Super Bowl LIX after a lot of close wins during the regular season and playoffs. Still, with Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs are still a threat in the AFC.
Mahomes had one of his worst games in losing to the Eagles, preventing the Chiefs from three-peating. Wide receiver Xavier Worthy is a bright spot too, and with another strong draft, KC should be fine.
The areas of concern are an aging Chris Jones, the All-Pro defensive end, and Travis Kelce, who might be considering retirement. Those are big holes to fill, and they might not justify the Chiefs getting the second-best odds for Super Bowl 60.
BALTIMORE RAVENS +700
The Baltimore Ravens sit right behind the Chiefs on the odds board.
It was another great season for Baltimore, but Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry weren’t enough to get past the Buffalo Bills in the NFL Divisional Round, losing by just two points.
Still, the Ravens are poised to make another strong run in the 2025-26 season.
BUFFALO BILLS +800
Like Baltimore, the Bills had a great season only to come up short in losing to Kansas City once again. The Bills have plenty of talent to repeat their strong 2024-25 NFL season.
Quarterback Josh Allen is fresh off winning the NFL MVP award and should have another stellar season. The Bills have a strong run game with players like Ray Davis and the powerful and versatile James Cook. It seems the only team standing in Buffalo’s way is Kansas City.
DETROIT LIONS +900
Detroit looked like the best team in the league heading into the playoffs, but they stumbled bad and really need to improve the defense in the offseason. That defense is what is preventing oddsmakers from making Detroit the Super Bowl favorites.
The offense will be potent once again with weapons like David Montgomery, Jahmyr Gibbs, and Amon-Ra St. Brown. At +900, the Lions could be the best bet on the board if the defense gets better and healthier.
