Red Wings now favored to win Stanley Cup

The 2008 NHL Playoffs are approaching the end of the first round, but there’s still time to pick the Stanley Cup winner in NHL hockey Futures betting.

The Dallas Stars, who knocked out the defending champion Anaheim Ducks in five games, have moved up to an 8-1 favorite.

Oddsmakers at Bodog have the Canadiens listed as a -200 moneyline favorite tonight against the Bruins, while the total is 5.

The Bruins scored four goals in a wild third period to defeat the Canadiens 5-4 in Game 6 on Saturday, as +120 underdogs. Oddsmakers had the Canadiens as -140 favorites.
