The Indiana Pacers blew a golden opportunity to gain a game in the Eastern Conference standings when they allowed the Toronto Raptors to storm back in the fourth quarter on Wednesday. The Pacers won’t have to wait long for their revenge as the two teams meet this time in Indianapolis on Friday night – live on ESPN. Serge Ibaka made the winning 3-pointer with 30.4 seconds remaining to finish with 30 points as the Raptors extended their winning streak to a franchise-best 12 games with a 119-118 victory over the visiting Pacers on Wednesday. Kyle Lowry produced 32 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds for the Raptors, who have won 12 straight regular-season home games against the Pacers. The Raptors had won 11 in a row twice previously in franchise history – 2016 and 2018 – and it appeared the streak was over when Indiana led by as many as 19 points during the third quarter. The Raptors cut the lead to one early in the fourth quarter only to see Indiana came back to lead by 10 but Toronto scored the games final 11 points. Toronto is 13-31 all-time at Indiana and has lost its past two there. They were beaten 120-115 in overtime on Dec. 23 in what was the second of a back-to-back for the Raptors. Lowry missed a 3-pointer at the end of regulation that would have won it. He had 30 points, nine assists and six rebounds, while Pascal Siakam and Marc Gasol were both out injured. Toronto is 5-2 ATS in the past seven in this series. The under is 9-1 in the past 10 at Indiana.

With Marc Gasol and Norman Powell out injured again, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson returned after a four-game absence and played 13 minutes, but did not score and had a team-worst -18 rating. Toronto scored 27 points off 19 Pacers turnovers, and the Raptors’ 37-14 record is their best after 51 games. Siakam had 25 points and nine rebounds for Toronto, Terence Davis II had 11 points and Fred VanVleet chipped in 10. The Raptors are 12-4 ATS in their past 16 vs. Central Division opponents and will play home to Brooklyn tomorrow night.

Victor Oladipo started for the first time since returning from injury last week and had a season-high 13 points in 25 minutes, as he remains on a minutes restriction. Domantas Sabonis had 15 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists for his third career triple-double, while Justin Holiday had a season-high 22. Second-leading scorer T.J. Warren (18.1) missed his second game in a row Wednesday with a concussion and remains questionable for Friday. While the Pacers are on a three-game losing streak and just a .500 team on the road, they are 18-7 at home and have outscored opponents by an average of 5.1 points per game in Indianapolis. The Pacers will host Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans tomorrow night.

This is a coin flip game and the line is exactly where I figured it would be. The Pacers had no right losing that game on Wednesday and they play even better in Indianapolis. The home team has won nine of the past 10 matchups and that trend will continue on Friday.
