The Baltimore Ravens are on the outside looking in at this year’s playoff race, but they’re still in good shape with their final two games of the regular season at home starting with the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday afternoon at M&T Bank Stadium. The Ravens are seeking their first postseason berth since 2014 and are tied for the No. 6 spot with Buffalo, but the Bills own the tiebreaker by virtue of the strength-of-victory tiebreaker, but the Ravens will vault ahead with a win regardless of Sunday’s outcome for the Bills based on common games. Unlike Baltimore, the Colts have been eliminated a long time ago – frankly before the season started – with losses in eight of its last nine games, including five straight in which it failed to score over 17 points. The Colts will have extra rest after an embarrassing Thursday night loss in Week 15 to the Denver Broncos, 25-13. The Ravens bounced back from a tough one-point loss in Pittsburgh with a 27-10 win at Cleveland. With the sixth seed in sight, the Ravens wrap up their regular season against Cincinnati while the Bills play at New England on Sunday and at Miami next week.

LIVE IN-GAME BETTING

Quarterback Jacoby Brissett has taken a beating all season, sustaining a league-high 49 sacks, with sack specialist Terrell Suggs (team-leading 11 sacks) anxiously awaiting the Colts visit. Tight end Jack Doyle (team-leading 71 catches) is one of the rare bright spots on an injury-plagued Colts’ offense, as he hauled in seven receptions for the second time in four games in last week’s loss to Denver. The season could not be much worse for Indianapolis as they rank 31st in offense and 30th in defense and didn’t have a Pro Bowl selection for the first time in 20 years.

The Ravens have covered 2 of the last 3 meetings.

Joe Flacco threw for a touchdown and rushed for another in the route over winless Cleveland last Sunday and has had success against the Colts in the past. Flacco has thrown four touchdowns in his last two encounters at home and is four touchdown passes shy of becoming the first quarterback in franchise history with over 200 in his career. Alex Collins has rushed for five touchdowns in his past five games while fellow running back Javorius Allen ran for a team-leading 70 yards versus the Browns as the Ravens posses the 12th-ranked rushing offense in the league. Baltimore’s defense has scored five touchdowns this season while forcing 33 takeaways and ranks fourth in points allowed (18.3).

WEEK 16 STAFF SELECTIONS

I was going to take the Colts in this one because I don’t like laying this many points, but Indianapolis won’t be able to do anything against this Ravens defense. This game will be ugly from start to finish.
