I was back and forth on this series before Game 1 and now I’m convinced Detroit is the better team. Cleveland has been struggling of late and Donovan Mitchell isn’t scoring. The Cavs are just 1-5 ATS in their last six playoff games, including 0-4 on the road, while the Pistons have covered three in a row. In late game situations like the other night, I trust Detroit more. Cleveland actually took a one-point lead, only to see the Pistons roll the rest of the way. I can see a similar result in Game 2.
